But spot training will improve the way that certain areas of your body will look if you lose the fat that is on top of said areas. <p>Lets look at some <strong>exercises to lose fat</strong> from the stomach.</p>
<p>First you have your traditional crunch.  Now you want to do crunches and not full blown sit-ups because the crunch doesn&#8217;t allow your stomach to relax and puts less stress on your back.  Crunches will work the top 4 of the 6 pack very well but they will do nothing for the lower abs or obliques.  </p>

<ul>
<li><em>Crunches</em>- Lie down on the ground and crunch, decreasing the distance from your rib cage to your pelvis.  Keep your hands on the ground and make sure your hands move forward at least 3 inches on each rep.</li>
<li><em>Scissors</em>- Keep you legs straight and cross them, alternating which foot goes on top.</li>
<li><em>Leg Lifts</em>- Legs straight, raise legs up until they are vertical and then lift your butt off the ground, then return the legs back down until they almost touch the floor.</li>
<li><em>Alternating Leg Lifts</em>- These are leg lifts except you let the legs drop to alternating side each rep.</li>
<li><em>Heel Touches</em>- Lay down and put feet on the ground with knees bent and then go side to side touching each heel.  Keep your shoulder blades off the ground the whole time.</li>
<li><em>Cherry Pickers</em>- Sit on ground and lean back to a 45 degree angle, clasp hands together and touch hands to the ground alternating side to side.</li>
<li><em>Tucks</em>- Crunch while tucking the legs in towards you at the same time.</li>
</ul>
<p>The exercises above are all you need to have a great looking stomach.  Remember that the workout is only 30% of the results and the other 70% is in the diet.  You can do <a href="http://exercisestolosefat.com/exercises-to-lose-belly-fat/">exercises to lose belly fat</a> all day long but if it were a test you would only get a 30&amp; which would fail without proper diet and nutrition.
