300 Workout Routine
The 300 workout routine is one of the most intense workout routines that exists. 300 is the movie where the Spartans are fierce warriors that took on army’s that outnumbered them by great numbers. To show how tough these warriors were, the actors were required to follow a very strict diet and workout regimen.

I will give you a taste of what the 300 workout is and you will see the exercises they used to lose fat and build muscle. But keep in mind that diet plays a great role in fat loss.
This workout was designed to work the entire body and also get your heart beating at the same time you are building muscle. It would consist of doing one exercise immediately after another in order to really shock the body into growing.
You would do plyometrics, which are jumping exercises, then you would do some pull-ups, then some leg lifts, followed by push-ups and then go through the entire circuit again without resting until you do 300 reps total.
It’s an amazing way to get ripped like a Spartan from the movie 300 because all of the actors had to go through an exercise program like this in order to look like they did in the movie.
